Each new generation is born with an 'identity'
and an appropriate 'name' - something that
supposedly gives us an idea of how they function.
Multiple generations compose today's workforce, so
there's a lot of talk about how members of each
group behave. Understanding these trends will
facilitate changes in handling debt, movement of
individuals, development of technology, medical
research/development, etc... That is all on a
'good day.' There are many 'children of light'
entering the equations - children that are being
born to facilitate expected growth, but with a more
highly evolved understanding. In the 'good old
days' an individual might stay focused on a job for
a long time. That does not happen today, but
is not all bad if you understand what drives, and
Depending on when you were born, you may already be
behind the learning curve. It is up to each of
us to stay connected and learn everything we can.
The new generations will teach us many things about
rapid growth, but they will depend on us for focus,
stability, longevity, connection, and much more.
In other words, we must work together. You
probably know someone that just doesn't fit the
'normal' explanation of what they should be doing.
While we will be discussing what society has to say
about this, I want to take this discussion to
another place. We will be looking at our part
in the new generations growth, to include a
spiritual overview. Not religious, spiritual!
Let's talk about what we failed to teach in the
past; how do we correct our approach to newer ways
of thinking; understanding our role as a student
This discussion will be wide open, and will go to
whatever level of understanding the class, as a
whole, dictates. The bottom line is to
understand our children, future leaders, and have a
more clear picture on what our role is in that
journey. After all, they are the ones that
will be defining our future one day!
